New Built/Singapore/Completed 2014

The intermediate terrace house was designed in a period where the office has received a few invite to design for intermediate terrace houses . Hence some of the challenges in this project include how to create spaces that can be meaningful to the Owner and to their lifestyle, and as part of a series of intermediate house design punctured with air wells and lights.

We designed a family area on the 2nd floor with a front elevation, connect it via a corridor and pass through a triple volume enclosed air well space which is above the dry kitchen counter and dining area. There are 2 rooms overlooking into the air well on the 2nd floor and with the Masterbed room on the attic.
